travers\u00e9e depuis toujours par un int\u00e9r\u00eat profond pour le lien entre mouvement et pens\u00e9e.<\/p><p>Apr\u00e8s avoir obtenu mon dipl\u00f4me de psychomotricienne, j&rsquo;ai \u00e9toff\u00e9 ma pratique par d&rsquo;autres formations, notamment l&rsquo;\u00e9ducation somatique. Ces deux pratiques s&rsquo;enrichissent et se r\u00e9pondent.<\/p><p>Je suis particuli\u00e8rement anim\u00e9e par la fa\u00e7on dont l&rsquo;individu se d\u00e9veloppe et se construit d&rsquo;un point de vue psychomoteur, sensoriel, \u00e9motionnel et cognitif \u00e0 travers le mouvement. font-weight: inherit;\"> et le<\/span><b style=\"font-size: 1rem;\"> Body Mind Centering<\/b><span style=\"font-size: 1rem; font-weight: inherit;\">, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0&nbsp;<\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/cie-astragale.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Lulla Chourlin<\/a><span style=\"font-size: 1rem; font-weight: inherit;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: inherit;\">Je vis l<\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">a danse et le mouvement comme des moyens d\u2019expression essentiels.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p><p style=\"font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-size: 1rem; font-weight: inherit;\">J<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem; font-weight: inherit;\">\u2019ai pratiqu\u00e9 la danse contemporaine, l\u2019improvisation dans\u00e9e, et le contact impro dans des compagnies.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p><p style=\"font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-size: 1rem; font-weight: inherit;\">Je poursuis cette exploration corps\/mouvement au travers de pratiques somatiques (Bodymind Centering, mouvement authentique, Feldenkreis) et de la pratique r\u00e9guli\u00e8re du yoga.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 16px; font-style: normal;\"><span style=\"font-weight: inherit; font-size: 1rem;\">La formation Arts Somatiques anim\u00e9e par <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\"><b>Anne Expert <\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: inherit; Mes approches &amp; sources d&rsquo;inspiration Originaire de la ville de Besan\u00e7on, j&rsquo;ai d\u00e9couvert le contact impro et le Body Mind Centering, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0&nbsp;Lulla Chourlin. Je vis la danse et le mouvement comme des moyens d\u2019expression essentiels.&nbsp; J\u2019ai pratiqu\u00e9 la danse contemporaine, l\u2019improvisation dans\u00e9e, et le contact impro dans des compagnies.&nbsp; Je poursuis cette exploration corps\/mouvement au travers de pratiques somatiques (Bodymind Centering, mouvement authentique, Feldenkreis) et de la pratique r\u00e9guli\u00e8re du yoga.&nbsp; La formation Arts Somatiques anim\u00e9e par Anne Expert a \u00e9t\u00e9 particuli\u00e8rement soutenante.&nbsp; Je participe \u00e0 des ateliers de mouvement authentique mensuels qui m\u2019offrent un espace de mouvement, de r\u00eaverie et de connexion.
